Colin was the primary supplier of contract resources during my time as Program Executive for a large multi-year program at a major Canadian bank. Colin distinguished himself from other suppliers early on as someone that consistently provided candidates that met our requirements. We would often add certain very specific specializations to the basic job description and he would almost always find the background we were looking for. Colin also demonstrates a high level of commitment to customer service. Any issues that may have arisen with a resource were dealt with immediately and professionally.
